Basic Engineering Study
A basic engineering study is an integral part of your project – thorough process development, opportunities to HAZOP your project prior to price estimates and mitigating schedule and scope creep during detailed design are some of the advantages it provides.
Scope of Work
Documentation includes a description of all processes, electrical, structural, controls and other components of your pilot plant.
3D Layout Drawing
A 3D model showing the frame, major equipment and major pipe routing – provided in Navisworks format.
Project Schedule
Outlining all major project activities and milestones – provided in Gantt chart format.
Lump Sum Cost Estimate
A final lump sum quote will be prepared for detailed design, procurement and fabrication.
Specification Sheets
Preliminary datasheets for all your major equipment including vessels, pumps, heat exchangers and reactors.
P&IDs
Complete P&IDs with all equipment, instrumentation, valves and control loops shown.
