Zeton’s dedicated in-house control system team focuses not only on requirements for new pilot plants, but also on upgrading dated or obsolete control systems in existing pilot plants, laboratory scale systems and demonstration plants. We offer expertise and the latest technology when working with our customers to facilitate new and retrofit control systems including support with specifications, fabrication and installation and we’ll work closely with your automation team to implement the final control solution.
While modular pilot plant projects can be designed, built and delivered with the control system of your choice, if you don’t have a preferred control system our expert team can recommend an appropriate solution based on the requirements of your pilot plant or laboratory scale system and our experience with projects of similar scale and complexity.

Project: ACE Model R+, ACE Model SD100-2 and ACE Model D100 for Kayser Technology, Inc.
When our customer Dr. John Kayser requested the now obsolete Azonix control hardware on the ACE Technology® product line from Kayser Technology, Inc. be replaced with a state-of-the-art supported hardware platform, Zeton recommended and subsequently implemented the Honeywell HC900 Hybrid Controller in combination with Proficy – iFIX software from GE Fanuc.
